Haruichi Izumo is a character from the manga series Kaiju No. 8. He is a member of the Defense Force and works as a support member, and appears for the first time alongside Kikoru Shinomiya in Chapter 4.
Initially seen as somewhat timid and lacking in confidence compared to his peers, Izumo possesses specialized skills in support roles. He is proficient in operating and maintaining Defense Force equipment, particularly weapons and communication systems.
